COURSE – Gelato par excellence: going deeper into the operations of a gelateria

Anyone who has already attended courses of at least three days given by Donata Panciera is eligible to participate.

This course will be particularly interesting and educational and the participants will learn to create, both in theory and in practice, any kind of recipe, using products of all types.
Innovative sweet gelato will be made and savoury gelato and sugar-free gelato will also be covered, using ingredients available in the local territory based on the methodology learned at the first level course.
In the artisanal gelato sector a two day course will complete the full training programme after which … practice makes perfect — even if THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW TO LEARN.
