PRESENTATION OF THE NEW BOOK AT SIGEP IN RIMINI

Sunday 24 January 2016 in the Sala Tiglio of SIGEP in Rimini at 15:00: the presentation of the new book “Gelato for Vegans, Vegetarians and persons intolerant to…” will take place.

A precious volume dedicated to those who wish to prepare high quality gelato without using products of animal origin.

Roberto Padrin, Michelangelo Chiecchi, Enrico Prafloriani, Raffaele Lucarelli and Paola D’Augenti together with Donata Panciera will be in attendance at the presentation.
